CM Promotions

We are delighted to announce the promotions of Melissa Cooil and Emily Philips to Manager.

Melissa Cooil

Mel joined CM as a trainee capacity and was promoted to Assistant Manager after achieving her ACCA qualification. Mel has now been further promoted to Manager in recognition of all her hard work and the dedication she applies to servicing her client portfolio.

Mel stated ‘I am delighted to be promoted to Manager. I really enjoy working with my team to service the requirement of my clients. It is great to be recognised for the progress I have made since joining the firm as a trainee in 2015. I’m really looking forward to the next steps in my career with CM’

Emily Philips

Emily joined CM in 2021 as an Assistant Manager, having relocated back to the Island. She successfully applied all the experience she gained in her previous role at a general practice firm in London, and further building upon it to support her client portfolio.

Emily stated ‘I am really enjoying my time at CM, both in the work and client base and the supportive atmosphere.  I’m excited to take this next step in my career as a Manager with CM’.
