CM go Green for Mental Health Awareness Week!

Pictured are just a few of our committed team who donned some green garments in support of Mental Health Awareness Week, and took part in a bake sale to support local charities Isle of Play and Isle Listen.

Isle of Play are a charity who have been working for the last five years to promote, provide and advocate for opportunities for all children on the Island to fulfil their ‘Right to Play’. This charity has been personally supported by our very own Ida Elson who recently took part in their ‘Give it a Tryathlon’ to raise awareness for the tremendous work Isle of Play does. Well done, Ida!

Isle Listen is a charitable initiative providing mental health support in schools, and one-to-one therapeutic support for young people up to the age of 25 on the Isle of Man. Which is done completely free of charge. Today they asked the community to wear something green to support mental health awareness, and remove the stigma around mental health.

Never one to turn down a challenge, CM got involved and raised a total for both charities of £1,000. Using our weekly dress down day to spread awareness of the valuable work of our local charities, and to raise funds to donate to their ongoing efforts!
