Ida Elson – Registration Manager

This month we meet Ida who has been with CM for 7 years.

How long have you been with CM?

I joined CM Trust in 2016.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy the variety of work on a day to day basis and in particular finding solution to any challenges which comes across my desk.

What do you believe to be the most important qualities you need in your role?

My role requires me to manage my time effectively, be proactive and to think outside of the box to ensure we get the best outcome for the client.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy in your spare time?

I volunteer for Victim Support Isle of Man and currently I am involved with fund raising, gardening and am looking to train to be involved with witness services.

In my spare time I enjoy dabbling in some DIY work, roller skating, reading, travelling, listening and playing music

Can you share one thing that we probably don’t know about you?

My first paid job was playing music at funerals.
