CM Bake Off – Our efforts.

CM has held a bake off competition in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. CM employs some keen bakers who participate in a weekly baking circle so the standard was very high.

Highlights included an autumn themed chocolate orange tiered cake and a vanilla and strawberry baked cheesecake but in the end it was Natalie Kelly’s millionaire shortbread that took the coveted title of star baker and the accompanying M&S voucher to reward her efforts.
