Last week, the CM Team donated £250 of the money raised from our weekly dress down Friday collections to Naseem’s Manx Brain Tumour Charity, a local charity that supports sufferers of brain tumours and their families through a very difficult time in their lives.
The charity provides support by offering grants ranging between £500 to £2,000 to help sufferers and their families buy essential medical equipment and pay for living expenses during financial hardship due to their condition. The charity also provides practical support, including information regarding brain tumours, and assists with the purchasing of medical equipment and funding research both in the Isle of Man and further afield when required.
Thank you to Gerry, the Secretary of Naseem’s Manx Brain Tumour Charity, who came into our office to accept the donation from Abbey Yates, one of our managers.
