Samantha Partridge

Samantha was born and educated in the Isle of Man. She graduated from the University of Wales, Bangor in 2006 with an honours degree in Accounting and Spanish. Following her studies, she returned to the Isle of Man and joined CM as a trainee accountant, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2010.

Samantha works with a diverse client base, including local businesses, private individuals, corporate entities, and trusts. She provides a full range of services, including VAT, accounts preparation, corporation tax, and personal tax compliance. By supporting both businesses and their owners, Samantha helps clients achieve efficient, practical tax outcomes and make the most of available allowances.

In addition, Samantha has extensive experience advising on complex trust structures, including those with multiple beneficiaries across various jurisdictions. Her corporate clients operate across a broad spectrum of industries, including property holding and investment.

Samantha has served as the firm’s Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer since 2013, supporting the firm’s compliance and regulatory responsibilities.

She works closely with a team of trainees at different stages of their professional development. Having trained with CM herself, Samantha is well placed to mentor and support trainees, providing them with exposure to a wide range of client work and helping guide them through their qualifications.

In addition, Samantha has served on the board of the Association of Corporate Service Providers (ACSP) since 2018, where she acts as a liaison with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority and the Tax Liaison Committee.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys reading and walking.
