Denise Harris

Denise was born in the UK and grew up and was educated in the Midlands. She is a graduate of Manchester University having obtained an Honours degree in Accounting and Law.

Denise started her accountancy career at CM in 2004, joining as a Trainee Accountant. She excelled in her studies and won the award for best Isle of Man student in her final examinations before qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2007.

Denise looks after a wide selection of clients. For local clients she provides personal tax services, wages, VAT and company accounts preparation and taxation. Denise also looks after some high-net-worth individuals and their corporate structures, specialising in property and investment companies. Denise is also responsible for a number of Trust structures, liaising with both beneficiaries and intermediaries on a regular basis.

Denise works with a team of trainees at various stages in their training, giving them exposure to all areas of accountancy and company administration.

Denise is married and has a young daughter. Her interests include reading, cooking, and travelling. She is also a member of Castletown Hockey Club and has in the past been Treasurer for both the club, and the Manx Hockey Association.
