Bernie MurphyHR Coordinator
Bernie was born and educated in the Isle of Man and brings over 28 years’ extensive experience in Human Resources, more recently specialising as a Talent Acquisition professional within the Financial Services industry. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds Associate CIPD status. Bernie is also a certified PI Index Practitioner and a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
Bernie joined the company in April 2026 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to ongoing employment. She is passionate about developing values-led initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement, while supporting the wider business through effective HR practices. Bernie is committed to staying up to date with employment legislation, GDPR, and the evolving technical demands of her role.
Outside of work, Bernie enjoys ballroom dancing, fitness, meditation, and walking her family dog, Bruno. She also values spending quality time with her two adult daughters and three grandchildren.
