2023 was a busy year for the CM team, and with 4 of our trainees qualifying over the end of 2023 and start of 2024, it was time to recognise and reward some of the team with well deserved promotions.

Amy Slee, Training Director commented, “These promotions reflect the hard work and commitment that each of these staff have demonstrated in their role, we wish them all the very best in their new position as they move forwards to the next step in their career with CM. Our Training Program, the CM Approach, has a proven track record of guiding trainee accountants through their qualification, as well as retaining those staff upon qualification to support them in developing their skills through to the highest managerial positions in our business. We are thrilled to recognise the achievements of these staff in this way.”
